
About Fertility Scotland
Fertility Scotland is a National Strategic Network in NHS Scotland. Strategic networks support the planning, finance and improvement of service change. Fertility Scotland works closely with secondary and tertiary fertility services, as well as Scottish Government, to support improvements in the delivery of consistent and high quality fertility care in NHS Scotland.
Fertility Scotland was commissioned by Scottish Government in 2021, following the recommendation by the National Infertility Group in 2018 that “[a] single Fertility Network for Scotland should be created to promote sharing of good practice and expertise, to create national protocols for every single process involved in fertility services, and to support delivery…”
